Being tasked with reshaping the creative department of the agency, one thing became quickly apparent; the agency didn't have an intern program and needed it badly.
With a department under construction and a huge flow of work, poaching already seasoned interns from the top-notch agencies appeared to be the best means to speed things up.
A series of posters poking fun at the top agencies in London. The tone needed to be sharp but also self-conscious of our position in the industry; an agency hunting its hold glory back with everything to do, a place where hungry interns have a real shot at doing things.
